Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice. Work may begin after advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pending payments can delay delivery, support, hosting renewal, campaign launch or handover.
Delivery timelines depend on content, approvals, images, access credentials, payment clearance and timely feedback from the client. Hyper Era is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete content, repeated changes, third-party downtime or late approvals.
